INTERNAL REGULATIONS OF
SODOME BATHHOUSE

By entering Sodome, every person accepts the content of
these Internal Regulations and undertakes to comply with them.

Sodome reserves the right of admission and permanence, in accordance with
applicable legislation.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. Name of the establishment:

Sodome Bathhouse (hereinafter, “Sodome”).

1.2. Address:

Calz. Gral. Mariano Escobedo 716, colonia Anzures, alcaldía Miguel Hidalgo,
C.P. 11590, Mexico City.

1.3. Nature of the establishment:

Sodome is a sauna club and a meeting and wellness establishment
exclusive for adult men, primarily aimed at the gay public, offering
steam bath, sauna, jacuzzi, social areas, private rooms, and suites, among
other services.

1.4. Mandatory nature of the Regulations:

These Regulations are mandatory for all persons who enter Sodome, as well as for
those who use any of its services.

2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

2.1. Objective of the Regulations:

a) To protect the physical, emotional, and patrimonial integrity
of the people who visit Sodome.

b) To establish clear rules of admission, conduct, hygiene, and security.

c) To regulate the use of facilities and services.

2.2. Lack of knowledge of the Regulations:

Lack of knowledge of these Regulations does not exempt one from complying with
them.

3. ADMISSION, AGE OF
MAJORITY, AND RIGHT OF ADMISSION

3.1. Age of majority:

Access to Sodome is exclusive for persons over 18 years of age. It is
mandatory to present official photo identification when requested by staff.

3.2. Right of admission and permanence:

Sodome reserves the right of admission and permanence, being able to deny entry
or request departure, without refund, to any person who:

a) Refuses to comply with these Regulations.

b) Displays aggressive, disrespectful, or dangerous behavior.

c) Is visibly intoxicated by alcohol or substances.

d) Incites violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.

3.3. Masculine nature of the space and non-discrimination:

Sodome is a sauna club for adult men. In exercising its right of
admission, Sodome may limit access to persons who do not identify and
socially live as men, in congruence with the nature of the establishment
as a masculine space.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the right of admission shall not be
exercised based on grounds of discrimination prohibited by current
legislation, such as ethnic origin, nationality, social status, religion,
disability, or other legally protected criteria.

4. REGISTRATION, INSPECTION, AND
USE OF LOCKERS AND CELL PHONES

4.1. Registration and security inspection:

Upon entry, the visitor must register and accept the security inspection carried
out by Sodome staff, which may include visual inspection of backpacks, bags, or
personal items.

4.2. Items not allowed at entry:

The entry of the following is not permitted:

a) Firearms, bladed weapons, or dangerous objects.

b) Illegal substances or narcotics.

c) Drinks, food, or any type of substances or products from outside, unless
previously authorized in writing by the administration.

4.3. Items included with admission:

Upon paying for admission, the visitor will receive:

• A locker key.
• A sarong.
• Sandals or appropriate footwear.

Additionally:

• The first towel is
  included and must be requested at reception.
• The first lubricant will be
  free; additional lubricants will have an extra cost according to the current
  rate.
• Condoms will be
  free and will be available upon request from the user.

4.4. Use of locker:

Locker use is personal and non-transferable. The visitor is responsible for
safeguarding their key throughout their stay.

4.5. Use of cell phones and recording devices:

The use of cell phones and recording devices is prohibited within the
facilities.

Cell phones must remain stored at the reception or in the manner established by
Sodome, associated with the visitor's name and their key number.

5. PERSONAL ITEMS AND
RESPONSIBILITY

5.1. Responsibility for belongings:

Each person is responsible for their belongings.

5.2. Safety deposit boxes:

Sodome is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of money, cell phones,
jewelry, or other valuables that have not been deposited in the safety
deposit boxes located at the reception or in the designated storage
systems for that purpose.

5.3. Recommendation to bring only what is necessary:

It is recommended to bring only what is necessary and to use lockers and safety
deposit boxes.

5.4. Loss or damage of key:

The loss or damage of the locker key will generate a replacement charge,
according to Sodome's internal policy. Until the corresponding charge is
covered, that locker cannot continue to be used or objects claimed
without prior verification of identity and belongings.

6. CODE OF CONDUCT,
RESPECT, AND CONSENT

6.1. General principle:

Sodome is a space for coexistence among adult men where respect and consent are
fundamental.

6.2. Basic rule: "NO means NO":

Any physical or sexual approach must be consensual. If a person expresses a
negative, discomfort, or withdraws, it must be respected immediately.

6.3. Prohibited behaviors:

The following are prohibited:

a) Insults, physical, verbal, or sexual aggressions.

b) Harassment, persistent stalking, or following another person.

c) Any form of discrimination or humiliation.

6.4. Freedom to decide:

No one is obliged to interact or participate in any activity. Each person decides
their limits and how they want to experience their time at Sodome.

6.5. Staff intervention:

Staff are empowered to intervene and stop any inappropriate or dangerous
behavior and, if necessary, request the departure of the person or persons
involved, without right to refund, and make the corresponding reports.

6.6. Individual responsibility in sexual conduct:

Sexual or social interactions between users within Sodome must be fully
consensual by all parties involved. Sodome recommends the use of safer
sex practices; however, it cannot supervise or guarantee how each
person exercises their sexual life. Each user is responsible for their decisions
and the consequences derived from them.

7. DRESS AND
CIRCULATION IN THE FACILITIES

7.1. Attire in common areas:

Within Sodome's common areas, the visitor must exclusively use the sarong
provided by the establishment and appropriate footwear.

7.2. Outdoor clothing:

Clothing and footwear worn when entering from outside must be kept in the
assigned locker.

7.3. Restriction of outdoor clothing:

It is not permitted to remain in common areas with outdoor clothing, except at
the time of entry or exit from the locker area, according to staff
instructions.

8. USE OF WET AREAS:
SHOWERS, SAUNA, STEAM ROOM, AND JACUZZI

8.1. Responsibility for use:

The use of showers, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi is at the user's own risk,
who must consider their state of health and any medical recommendations they may
have.

8.2. Mandatory prior shower:

Before using the sauna, steam room, or jacuzzi, showering is mandatory.

8.3. Restrictions due to health conditions:

For hygiene and safety, the use of these areas is not recommended for people
with:

• Visible open wounds,
• Obvious skin infections,
• Symptoms of contagious
  diseases.

8.4. Prohibited behaviors in wet areas:

It is strictly prohibited to:

a) Have sexual relations or engage in sexual acts
within the jacuzzi water, showers, or any other water area.

b) Urinate, spit, or engage in unhygienic acts in these areas.

8.5. Staff powers:

Staff may request a person to leave the sauna, steam room, showers, or jacuzzi
if they believe that:

a) They are violating these rules.

b) They are endangering their own integrity or that of others.

9. PRIVATE ROOMS AND SUITES

9.1. More intimate spaces:

Sodome has private rooms and suites intended to provide more intimate spaces.

9.2. Private Rooms:

a) They are located on the floors indicated by signage and staff
(currently, private rooms on the second floor).

b) They are rented for defined periods of time (per hour).

c) They are requested at the reception and paid at the end of the stay.

9.3. Suites:

a) They are rooms equipped with a Queen size bed,
private bathroom, storage space, safe, mini-refrigerator, television, desk, air
conditioning, amenities, and a terrace, among others.

b) They are designed for a maximum occupancy of two adults.

c) They include access to Sodome during the lodging period and allow entry and
exit from the club during the stay.

d) Smoking is prohibited inside the suite rooms.

9.4. Damage in private rooms and suites:

The user will be responsible for any damage caused to furniture, equipment, or
facilities in private rooms and suites and must cover the costs of repair or
replacement when applicable.

9.5. Prohibition of commercial sexual services:

It is not permitted to offer or contract escort services, prostitution, or sexual
massages within the facilities.

10. TOBACCO, DRUGS, AND OTHER
SUBSTANCES

10.1. Illegal substances:

Within Sodome, the use, possession, purchase, sale, or distribution of illegal
substances or narcotics of any kind is prohibited.

10.2. General prohibition of product entry:

It is prohibited to bring in from outside any type of beverages, food, or
products, including but not limited to alcoholic beverages, soft drinks,
bottled water, snacks, or others, unless previously authorized in writing by the
administration.

10.3. Tobacco consumption:

Smoking is prohibited inside Sodome facilities.

10.4. Penalties for non-compliance:

Non-compliance with this section may result in immediate expulsion
and, where appropriate, reporting to the competent authorities,
especially in cases of use, possession, purchase, sale, or distribution of
illegal substances or the entry of alcoholic beverages or other prohibited
products.

11. REST AND SLEEPING
PERSONS

11.1. Safety recommendation:

The safety of people within Sodome is a priority. If someone feels unwell,
dizzy, or needs help, they should approach staff or ask for immediate support.

For your own safety and that of your belongings, it is recommended not to
sleep in public areas.

11.2. Persons sleeping within the establishment:

a) Staff may wake the person and, if deemed necessary, move them to a more
visible and safe area where they can be supervised.

b) It is not permitted for a person to remain asleep in dark areas, labyrinths,
dark rooms, or areas that are difficult to monitor.

11.3. Extreme cases:

Staff may assess the need for the person to leave the establishment or, in
extreme cases, request support from emergency services.

12. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AND
PRIVACY

12.1. Prohibition of image and audio recording:

It is strictly prohibited to take photographs, record video or audio within
Sodome's areas, unless expressly authorized in writing by the administration for
specific cases (events, productions, etc.).

12.2. Consequences:

Any unauthorized material obtained may be deleted, and the responsible person
may be expelled without refund, in addition to any corresponding legal actions.

12.3. Surveillance cameras:

Sodome may have surveillance cameras in non-intimate areas for security
purposes. Under no circumstances will cameras be placed in showers, restrooms,
steam areas, sauna, jacuzzi, labyrinths, or areas of extreme privacy.

13. SECURITY, CAPACITY, AND
EMERGENCIES

13.1. Security measures:

Sodome has:

a) Maximum capacity established by the competent authority.

b) Emergency exit signage and evacuation routes.

c) Strategically located fire extinguishers and safety equipment.

13.2. Obligations of users:

Visitors must:

a) Respect evacuation routes and safety signage.

b) Not obstruct emergency exits.

c) Not manipulate safety equipment (fire extinguishers, alarms, etc.).

13.3. Emergencies:

In case of emergency, the instructions of Sodome staff must be followed at all
times.

14. COMPLAINTS, SUGGESTIONS, AND
OFFICIAL CHANNELS

14.1. Submission of complaints and suggestions:

Any complaint, clarification, or suggestion about the service or about the
conduct of any person within the establishment—whether Sodome staff
or other users—must be channeled through official means:

15. INTERNAL SANCTIONS

15.1. Applicable measures:

Non-compliance with these Regulations may result in the following measures,
depending on the seriousness of the case, regarding any user or staff member:

a) Verbal warning.

b) Removal of the person from a specific area.

c) Expulsion from the establishment without any refund.

d) Internal registration to restrict or prohibit future access.

e) Notification to the competent authorities, if the conduct constitutes a
crime.

16. MODIFICATIONS AND
ACCEPTANCE OF THE REGULATIONS

16.1. Modification of the Regulations:

Sodome may modify these Regulations at any time. Modifications will be made
public through:

a) Notices within the establishment.

b) Publications on the official website and/or social media.

16.2. Acceptance of changes:

Remaining within Sodome after the publication of changes implies acceptance of
the new provisions.

16.3. Declaration of acceptance:

By entering, paying for admission, using the services, or remaining in the
establishment, the visitor declares to have read, understood, and accepted
these Internal Regulations of Sodome.
